• Rescheduling or Cancellation: Clients must notify us of any schedule changes or cancellations at least 48 hours in advance.

4. Payments

• Payments must be made in full upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Accepted payment methods include credit cards, bank transfers, or checks.
• Late payments may incur additional charges, including collection fees and interest at the rate of 1.5% per month.

Clients are responsible for:

• Granting access to the property on the agreed-upon date and time.
• Ensuring a safe working environment for our team.

6. Liability

• Service Quality: We strive to deliver high-quality services. In the rare event of dissatisfaction, clients must notify us within 7 days for resolution.
• Property Damage: While we take precautions, Turnkey Apartment Services is not liable for pre-existing property damage or issues arising from circumstances beyond our control.
• Insurance: We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured.
